On Saturday, July 26th, Gatlin Creek Trails had their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting. Gatlin Creek Trails is an upscale, unique community with rolling hills, mature oaks and abundant wildlife. All available lots are over 1/2 acre and the restrictions call for minimum requirements of 2500 square feet. The developers are Brett Manning and Joe Herring. The agents representing the subdivision are Scottie Thompson and Sarah Ruddell of RE/MAX of Thomasville.
